MY RECOMMENDATION DOES NOT INCLUDE THAT ALL OF THE STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY AT BOSTON WOULD STAY THERE. WITH STUDENTS COMING INTO THE MIDDLE SCHOOL. YEAH. 100% OF THE STUDENTS DO MOVE. THAT COULD POSSIBLY PUT FALSE IN MIDDLE SCHOOL OVERCAPACITY FAIRLY QUICKLY, BUT BECAUSE FALLSTON HIGH SCHOOL HAS SO MUCH EXCESS CAPACITY, AND IT'S NOT. IT'S NOT PROJECTED TO INCREASE DRAMATICALLY. BUT IF IT BECOMES NECESSARY WE COULD ACTUALLY MOVE THE EIGHTH GRADERS FROM BOSTON MIDDLE SCHOOL UP THE HILL TO THE HIGH SCHOOL AND HOUSE AND. I JUST BE DONE BEFORE. AND OF COURSE, WE DO HAVE SITUATIONS WHERE 6 TO 12 GRADERS IN THE SAME BUILDING.

MOST LIKELY IF WE CHOOSE THIS PATH. WELL, MOST LIKELY WE WOULD HAVE A RACE GRADERS, UM, AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL SITE TO BEGIN AND THEN IF ENROLLMENT DOES TAKE US UP ABOVE.

INITIALLY UP ABOVE THAT PUBLIC FACILITIES ORIGINS, THEN WE WOULD CONSIDER MAKING THE MOVE.

OUR PROPOSAL. FIRST PROPOSAL IS TO WORK WITH MERYL DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING TO ALLOW US TO CONSIDER THAT ONE SITE BECAUSE WHEN YOU COMBINE THOSE TWO SCHOOLS. SCHOOL IS ONLY AT 95% CAPACITY. WE BELIEVE THAT WE WORK WITH THEM AND ALLOW THAT WILL BE SOME ADJUSTING.

WE'RE NOW IN RECOMMENDATION TO THIS IS TO BUILD A COMBINED SPECIAL EDUCATION, ELEMENTARY EDUCATION FACILITIES, SO BOARD YOU RECENTLY. PROVED THE CAMPUS HILL SITE AS THE SITE FOR THE REPLACEMENT SCHOOL FOR JOHN.

THAT SCHOOL IS CURRENTLY ON OUR CAPITAL. SCHEDULE. TO BE. SECOND SCHOOL IN LINE WE'RE DOING HOMESTEAD WAKEFIELD BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION NEXT YEAR. TWO YEARS FOR THAT PROCESS, AND THEN. WE HAD PLANNED TO DO THE JOHN ARCHER REPLACEMENT SCHOOL WHEN THAT ENDS IN NOW, 2.5 YEARS. THIS RECOMMENDATION IS THAT WE WILL CALL IT LOCATE AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ON THE SITE WITH THE JOHN ARCHER SCHOOL. THIS WOULD ALLOW THE. COUNTY TO STAY ON THE ONE PROJECT AT A TIME PRACTICED. AND NOW WE'RE FOCUSED ON THE LOCAL NEED FOR FY 23. UM WHEN WE'RE LOOKING AT OUR LOCAL NEEDS, WE LOOK AT TO ME FUNDING SOURCES. SOURCES WE HAVE THE OBLIGATION FUNDS AND THESE ARE BASICALLY THE CREDIT BOND. THESE ARE FOR THE MAJOR PROJECTS, NEW REPLACEMENT SCHOOLS AND MAJOR H B A C RENOVATIONS, THINGS WITH A 15 BUS, YOUR LIFE EXPECTANCY. AND THEN WE HAVE THE PAY AS YOU GO OR PAYGO, AND THIS IS BASICALLY, UM, PROJECTS THAT ARE FUNDED WITH CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FUNDS RATHER THAN BORROWED. UM AND THIS IS THE GENERAL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT, OUR FLEET MANAGEMENT AND SPECIAL EDUCATION BUSES. OUR TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE AND FACILITY MAINTENANCE. UM. THIS YEAR.

BASICALLY I'M GOING THROUGH A SUMMER OF THESE, AND WE ALSO UPLOADED AND INCLUDED, WHICH IS ALSO AVAILABLE ONLINE IN DETAIL OF EACH ONE OF THESE PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS. UM, BUT. I WON'T GO THROUGH EACH ONE OF THESE IN TOO MUCH DEPTH, BUT I WOULD KIND OF SUMMARIZED. FIRST WE HAVE OUR TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE, WHICH INCLUDES THE AGING TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS. UM, I KNOW RECENTLY. I JUST WANTED TO CLARIFY SOME THINGS THAT. WE DID GO 1 TO 1 AND THAT IS HAS BEEN PUT INTO OUR OPERATING. BUT ARE WE STILL HAVE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS THAT ARE IN THE CAPITAL SIDE, INCLUDING SERVERS AND THINGS OF THAT NATURE. AND THEN ALSO, WE HAVE OUR COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM. AND THIS IS, UH, PHONE AND P A SYSTEM REPLACEMENT, AND THIS REQUEST IS FOR 12 SCHOOLS AND WE ARE WORKING WITH THE COUNTY TOO. ALIGN WITH THEIR SYSTEM.

THE NEXT WOULD BE LIKE HEALTH SAFETY AND CLIENTS MEASURE. UM THESE ARE VERY SIMILAR EACH YEAR THAT THIS YEAR WE ALSO NOTICED THE CLIENTS WITH THE MELON LEAD WATER TESTING STANDARDS. THAT IS NEW IN THIS CATEGORY THIS YEAR. WE HAVE OUR REPLACEMENT, WHICH INCLUDES THE REPLACEMENT SPECIAL NEEDS BUSES. AND THEIR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT. AND THEN WE HAVE OUR SITE PREVENT, WHICH INCLUDES OUR STORM, WATER MANAGEMENT, SEPTIC PAVING AND THEN FENCING.

THEN WE HAVE OUR EDUCATIONAL FACILITY PROGRAM. WE HAVE OUR SPECIAL EDUCATION FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS. UM AND THEN TEXT BOOKS, MUSIC BAND AND EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE AND R C T.

AND THEN OUR FACILITIES. MASTER PLAN AND THIS IS THEIR PLANNING FUNDING. UM THIS WOULD BE FOR THE ACTUAL. PLANNING AND FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE NEW REPLACEMENT SCHOOL OR THE NEW SCHOOL, UM ON CHECKS WORD. AND THEN WE HAVE OUR ATHLETIC AND RECREATIONAL REPAIRS, WHICH INCLUDES TRACKS AND FIELDS AND THEIR SWIMMING POOLS AND PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. MAJOR H B A C REPAIRS. UM AND THEN OUR HTTPS FACILITY REPAIR PROGRAM. THIS IS GENERAL FACILITY REPAIRS AND UPGRADES. 88 IMPROVEMENTS WERE COVERINGS. ARE RELOCATED.
